NOTICE
Handy Ditch has opened the cut and the lake water level is equal on both sides. The water level is low in the cut and use the access at your own risk. The old west side concrete boat ramp and the camp ground main boat ramp are above the water level. It is unknown when the water level will come up.
New limitations on catching Yellow perch
In an attempt to increase the size of the Yellow perch in the lake the vote at the annual meeting last Sept 20, 2025 was to set a limit of 10 perch per outing and to keep only perch 10" or larger. All others must be released.
WALLEYE SLOT LIMIT
*Slot limit on all walleye, you may keep three (3) fish between 15” and 21” and only (1) of the three fish can be over 21”, all others must be returned immediately back to the lake. •

Your acceptance and use of the MFHC membership card and gate card is your agreement that you have read and understand the MFHC bylaws and rules and regulations and you and your guests will follow them. Violations can result in your membership being revoked.
There is no swimming or paddleboarding on the lake per the lease agreement with Handy Ditch company.
